1. Data We Do Not Collect

Rapid YT is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, or process:

• Downloaded audio or video files
• YouTube URLs you enter
• Your name, email, or any personal information
• Payment information (Rapid YT is free)
• Account credentials (no accounts exist)

2. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser localStorage only to remember your preferred language and theme (dark/light mode). No cookies are set by Rapid YT for tracking, advertising, or analytics. Third-party services (CDN fonts, icons) may set their own cookies governed by their privacy policies.

3. Log Data

Like most web servers, our hosting provider (Hostinger) may automatically log standard server access logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. These logs are used exclusively for security monitoring and server performance, and are not sold or shared with third parties. Logs are retained for no more than 30 days.

4. Third-Party Services

Rapid YT uses the following third-party services to function:

• Google Fonts – to load the Inter typeface. Google may log your IP address when loading fonts.
• Font Awesome (cdnjs) – for icons. Cloudflare may log access.
• YouTube oEmbed API – to retrieve video metadata. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Cobalt.tools / Loader.to – external conversion APIs. These services may log conversion requests.

5. Children's Privacy

Rapid YT is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent and believe your child has used this service, please contact us.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Rapid YT constitutes acceptance of any updated policy.
